ABOUT US
We're a family owned business, were founded in 1986 in Berlin, Germany and have been in the business of installing, restoring, sanding and refinishing hardwood floors for 16 years.
In 2002 we move across the pond to Dublin, VA, to start our
own flooring production. We milled Black Cherry, Maple,
Walnut and White Oak flooring for costumers in Germany.
Heartwood Lumber Company in Slidell invited us to join their
production in 2004, right before Hurricane Katrina.
We decided to move down to Louisiana to offer our services
and helped in the rebuilding efforts of the City of New Orleans.
Now, we are a hardwood flooring company licensed by the State Licensing Board for Contractors of Louisiana, providing all major wood flooring services. We currently serve Slidell, Mandeville, Covington, Metairie, New Orleans and surrounding areas.

MEET THE OWNER
Norbert Weinz
Parquet master since 1986. At the age of 27 he started in the wood flooring business and founded his own company Fussbodenservice Weinz. He is a tool and die maker by trade with a specialization in installing, restoring, sanding and refinishing hardwood floors.
